Description

What if...
Olga Yezhov, the Soviet-Superwoman, had been born in the United States and began her superheroic career there?
Would she still be a patriotically-themed heroine? Would she have a secret identity like Clark Kent?
Let's call her 'American Hero' (because 'American Superwoman' just doesn't have the same ring to it), it's a tribute to :iconsoviet-superwoman: 's Jane Smith.

What if...
Carol Briggs, the superheroine known as Freedom(later American Mom), had been born in the Soviet Union instead of the American Midwest? Would she be even more secretive in the oppressive Soviet Police State, which inspired George Orwell's paranoic '1984'? Is she still basically immortal? Her Tatar blood shows, eh?

I'm crap at writing, so I'll let the picture do the talking.

They would be Cold War opponents, fighting secret battles in proxy wars spanning the world, from Vietnam all the way to Angola.

Backdrop 'Forgotten Forest' from the game 'Last Blade 2' (c) SNK, via RudeBootie on Imgur.(thanks to :iconsxgodzilla: for the game info)
I've swapped color schemes for their costumes to reflect their changed roles.

American Mom/Mother Russia is (c) me.

Soviet-Superwoman/American Hero is (c) my dear friend :iconsoviet-superwoman:.

This is part of the  :iconangel-fallsda: Elseworlds.

It is my bias towards the color, but Carol looks gorgeous dressed in red.
